Are you attempting to publish all shifts in the roster but the 'Publish' button is displaying the following error statement: "couldn't publish shifts"?
The reason for this is typically because there is one or more clashing shifts in the roster. These are typically identified as red or highlighted shifts and includes scenarios where the sample employee is rostered on shifts that are overlapping, or if that employee is rostered at a time which clashes with their declared unavailability. The conscious choice was made to prevent publishing until this situation is resolved.
Users can publish individual locations with no clashes in them and leave only the clashing locations for publishing at a later time.
