Roubler 9.3 was released on 21 October 2022 with the following new features, improvements and fixes.
Please watch our short demonstration webinar to see all these new and exciting features in action:
What’s new?
Copy, paste and repeat shifts
This feature enables users to easily copy and paste shifts in just two clicks. Users can also set up repeating shifts at the time of creation by using our new calendar function. These features save users significant time when creating a roster, limiting manual input, whilst still running the same checks and measures in the background to ensure employee availability.

Additional timesheet filter options
Users now have additional filters that can be applied to the timesheet. This enables users to find the information most important to them easily, whether it's specific employment types (e.g. view casual staff only), or pay groups (e.g. fortnightly payees only). Filters can also be used in combinations, for example, “show me the casuals who clocked in late this week”.

Add notes/reason when dismissing an alert
Individual alerts can now be configured to mandate notes are attached at the time of dismissal. If an alert is dismissed for a legitimate reason, these details can be stored directly against the timesheet to improve compliance and make the audit process easier. For example, “Alan forgot to clock out but returned to the store 30 minutes later to do so. I’ve adjusted his timesheet accordingly.”

Ability to create custom forms for the onboarding process
Users now have the ability to create custom forms for their new employees to complete when onboarding. The forms are completely customisable to your business preferences, but an example use case may include creating uniform orders.

Linking integrations to the Management tab
Users now link any external HRIS Platform to be accessed directly from underneath the Management tab on their Roubler desktop. This is particularly useful for accessing existing Roubler integrations such as enableHR and Flare, but can also be used to access any external platform by simply adding the URL to your log-in screen.

Cost centre management
This latest feature enables users to accurately track sales and labour costs by associating shifts and timesheets to specific cost centres. These can now be based on location or assigned employee. For example, if you have certain shifts that you wouldn't want to come out of the store budget (such as training), you can assign them to a "Training" cost centre.

Filter Pay Run content by location
This is a security enhancement that limits access to timesheets and pay rates of employees based on both the user's payroll permissions and their location access. This feature is particularly useful for organisations with multiple locations, whereby they may not want payroll employees from 'Location A' seeing sensitive information relating to employees from 'Location B'.
