Probation periods as well as probation outcomes can now be recorded on the employees profile.
Settings
Can be defined in the Company Settings. Read following article for more details;

Employee Invite
When inviting new employees to onboard, the probation period can be defined. Probation can be turned off if not required. Please see screenshot below;
Employee Probation Tracking
- Navigate to Management> Employees
- Open the employee requiring updating
- Select Employment Status tab
- Probation History will appear
From here, the probation status can be updated depending on the results of the employee probation.
If the employee Passed probation;
- Select Outcome as Passed
- Add Review Notes
- Add Attachment (if required)
If the employees probation was Extended;
- Select Outcome as Extended
- Complete new probation date
- Add Review Notes
- Add Attachment (if required)
If the employee Failed probation;
- Select Outcome as Failed**
- Add Review Notes
- Add Attachment (if required)
**Please note that marking probation as Failed will not have any impact on the employee's employment status. If a failed probation period is cause for termination, termination process will still need to be completed in addition.
Employee Probation Reporting
- Navigate to Management> Reporting> Employee
- Select Employee Probation Report
- Update Ends on or before date
