Roubler 9.5 was released on 9 February 2022 with the following new features, improvements and fixes.
Please watch our short demonstration webinar to see all these new and exciting features in action:
What’s new?
Apply leave types to leave rules
Applicable to AU, UK and NZ users only.
This feature allows users to configure leave rules to allow only certain leave types to selected employees. When applying for leave, employees will only be able to select the leave types that have been specified in leave rules. This feature makes for a more seamless experience for managers approving leave by allowing employees to only apply for leave they are eligible for.

Set up standard hours for casual employees in the UK
Applicable to UK users.
Managers can now set up standard hours for casual employment types. This feature will help save time building out rosters for casual employees who work on a standard set of hours. Currently, this feature is made available for users in the UK and NZ.

Improvements to the new employee onboarding
After gathering client feedback from the new onboarding feature, inputting Superannuation details before finalising onboarding is no longer mandatory. Employees can now complete onboarding without Superannuation details. We've also made it possible for managers to view any onboarding documents that were added to the onboarding workflow.

Auto-assign permission groups to certain positions
As a result of customer feedback, when onboarding a new position, the appropriate permission group will automatically be assigned to that position. Once the user is fully onboarded, admins can alter the permission group via employee profiles.

Advanced document management
Users can now tag documents as default or sensitive. Only users with Manager, Payroll, Administrator, Super and Partner permission types will be allowed to create or access documents classified as sensitive. This feature helps increase security by limiting access to sensitive information.

Set secondary bank accounts for deductions
Applicable to AU and NZ users only.
This feature allows employees wanting to use a secondary account bank account to receive deductions to do so. This also allows employees to set how much is to be deducted via the employee profile section. This allows employees the flexibility to have deductions automated and payroll visibility over deductions.
