Secondary grouping on the roster
Applicable to all users in all regions.
This feature provides users with the ability to group the schedule (roster/rota) by two elements e.g. by location and then also by position. This feature is primarily used by roster managers to view the schedule in further detail once it has been prepared.
For better visibility and ease of use, we have added a brand new visual indicator to the header to indicate the secondary group. Please note secondary grouping is optional for users and both drag and drop functionality and shift templates will not be available when using secondary grouping.

Roster enhancements
Applicable to users.
We have made a number of enhancements to improve the functionality of the roster:
- Users now have the ability to include approved leave in the remaining hour's calculation
- Users can now bulk edit shifts that have been created in a series. There are options to edit the current shift, make changes to future shifts or apply the changes to all the shifts in the series
- Users now have access to new filter options included within the employee view. These enable users to filter employees below and above their contracted hours.
- Users now have additional controls to mandate and view that at least one employee on the roster meets a certain requirement such as having a valid first aid certificate.
