With the enhancement done in v9.10 where users can update their username via employee portal under Settings tab, We have made another enhancement supporting mobile number as username to easily access one-time pin (OTP).
How it works?
1. In the onboarding process, when "Create a New Account" is selected, both local and international mobile number format are accepted.
2. Update/Change existing username by going to the employee portal, Settings tab. The user will have the ability to user their preferred username between an email or a mobile number.
When either mobile number or email address is already in used, an error message will appear that Username already exists.
