TIPS FOR A SMOOTH ONBOARDING
- DONT create duplicate profiles for returning employees - follow Rehire Process above
- Remind the new employee that the invitation will be in their nominated email address
- Ask the employee to set their account up using their mobile number as their user name instead of email
- Let the employee know to check their spam folder if they cannot see the invitation
- DONT change the email address of your onboarding employee during the onboarding process
- If employee email address looks like this. '204899@invite.roubler.com' the employee is still going through onboarding and has not created their account. Do not change this as you will cancel the employee invitation.
- Do not delete an employee profile or invitation to start onboarding again as the email will still be tagged and you will not be able to restart the process.
- Let your onboarding employee know that they will need their bank details, TFN, super details and any other documents/requirements before they start onboarding
Having Trouble?
- Employee cannot find their invitation? Employee has not received an onboarding email
- Employee stopped onboarding part way through and needs to complete it - Continue Onboarding (Continue on partially Completed Onboarding)
- The invitation is incorrect and I need to edit it Need to Edit/Restart Onboarding Invitation
