This article is to support customers who are in the process of implementing Roubler, and can be sent out to employees to guide them through the steps they will need to take to verify their account and log in.
Welcome to Roubler!
You will shortly receive an email from noreply@roubler.com containing a link which will take you Roubler and ask you to 'create an account' or 'use existing' - this is to verify your account so you can log in and start to use Roubler.
TIPS FOR A SMOOTH ONBOARDING
- The invitation will be in your nominated email address
- If you don't see your invitation in your email, check your spam/junk folder
- Always set your account up using your mobile number as your user name instead of an email (This means password resets will go to your mobile)
- Select your password
You will then be able to log in to Roubler on your browser or the mobile app
