For Managers: Use this article if your employee is having issues logging in AND
- Onboarded with Roubler before June 2023
- Cannot log into their Roubler account either on browser or app. They get 'incorrect user name or password' error but do not receive a password reset.
- Is found under the 'Active Filter'
- Does not have a user name set under 'settings' in their employee profile
- Is displaying a black envelope next to their name in Roubler
After 9.8 Release there are a small group of employees that were mid onboarding - their invitations had been sent before the release went out so the authentication changes did not apply. They onboarded without creating a Roubler User Name and Password using the new authentication so now cannot log in.
To identify this issue, you will notice a small black envelope next to their name indicating there is onboarding to complete (Even when they are in the 'active' filter) and also there is no user name in their employee profile.
1. Employee's employment status is 'Active
2. Employee has the black onboarding envelope next to them showing that they have not created their user name and password.
3. They do not have user name under settings in their employee profile
To Resolve - click the black envelope to send out the invitation to onboard, advise customer to have the employee complete the invitation to create their account following these instructions HERE
