Roubler's updated employee onboarding feature has been live since early 2023 and over 700 companies have now made the switch and are enjoying a more customisable and user friendly Onboarding experience.
We're planning to retire the old version of onboarding in early 2024, and we wanted to let you know some of the benefits of making the change and help you along the way.
- Mobile compliant: The new onboarding is fully optimised for any device. People receiving an onboarding invitation can simply click on the link and fill out their details on their mobile phone, laptop or tablet - whatever is handy!
- Improved user experience: Onboarding screens have a cleaner layout, easier to navigate and load faster than ever.
- Flexibility for the user: Users don't have to fill in the onboarding in a linear fashion like they had to with the old onboarding, they can jump between tabs to enter any information they currently have. Even better, the system will save their progress, allowing them to log in later from a different device to finish the job.
- The option to invite employees via mobile phone: As of release 9.14 in December 2024, you can still send invitations via email, but you'll also have the option to send onboarding invitations direct to a recipient's mobile phone (which they can then just click on and complete directly on their mobile device).
- Improved control of workflows: Much finer control over workflows is available, including the order of page, how customisable the pages are, and the option of providing different onboarding workflows based on position, location and employment type.
- Improved validation: There are various new validations to help promote cleaner data from employees and corrections at the time they're entering data.
- Employee benefits: We're finalising a trial with some Roubler users for an employee benefits package that we've secured through a third party. This means that you'll be able to opt in to have that enabled for your employees, free of charge!
- And more!
