We understand that not all payroll managers can process pay runs hence we have created a new access levels to only manage either pay run or both.
How it works?
To be able to use the new access levels, both permission to add / manage permission groups and permission to manage employee must be included.
1. The Payroll Management permission has been renamed to Basic Payroll Management
2. Manager with Payroll now includes both Manage Pay Runs and View Payroll Reporting.
3. Newly added default permission Operations Manager - this user have the same permissions as Manager with Payroll but will not be able to manage pay runs and view payroll reporting.
Note: Existing Manager with Payroll and above access can now see and manage both payruns and payroll reports.
