As an employee, when you submit a new leave request, you now have the ability to see what your forecasted leave balance will be up until the start date of your leave request.
1. Log in to your portal account, then go to Leave & Unavailability tab
2. You will then be redirected to the Leave & Unavailability page, click the +Submit Request button to proceed.
3. Submit a new leave request as usual by filling out all the required details (Start and End Date, Leave Type and etc.)
- Once all the required fields are filled out with valid details, you should be able to see the accrued balance would have up until the start date. *Just like seen below. (eg. if you are applying for leave with a start date of June 18th. It would show underneath, the date and the amount of leave hours that would have accrued by that time. In this case, the leave balance is 27 hours.)
