Mobile app - How to install or update the Roubler app on your iPhone

It is important to always ensure you have the latest version of the mobile app installed and that it is compatible with your device.

Install the app

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
2. Search for Roubler. The Roubler app will appear in the search results. Alternatively, click here.
3. Tap Install. If you have previously installed the app, you may see a cloud Download icon or an Update button instead. If so, tap this icon/button.
4. Tap Open to open the app and log in.
5. If prompted, tap Allow notifications.

Check for updates

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone
2. Tap your Profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see Pending updates and release notes.
4. Tap Update next to the Roubler app.
5. Click Open to open the app and log in.
6. If prompted, tap Allow notifications.

IMPORTANT: If you have Automatic App Updates enabled on your iPhone, it is likely that your app would have already updated. If this is the case, please ensure you log out and log in again to instigate a profile update.
