We're excited to be putting the finishing touches on the new Roubler dashboard, which will be going live in early June. The dashboard will be accompanied by new and improved navigation that makes the Roubler experience slicker and leaner. Take a look below for some highlights and where you'll be able to find all of your existing Roubler features and functionality.
The infrastructure that we put into place in late April enables us to quickly put in value-adding features such as this, so those efforts are seeing dividends now.
The three main elements of the new dashboard are:
Calls to Action: These are a set of boxes at the top of that dashboard that indicate outstanding tasks. If there are shifts to be published, leave to approve, qualifications expiring etc. then these notifications will appear at the top and clicking on them will take you to the relevant area of the application for more action.
Charts: This will be further enhanced in coming months, but at the moment these focus on your scheduled vs actual labour hours (to highlight how well your businesses rostering matches the actual needs), trends in your work weeks, as well as the on-time performance in your business (that is, how many people tend to show up late for work).
Today's Staff: This section shows you at a glance which staff are scheduled to work today, who is currently on shift, or who is already finished for the day.
Note that this information displays for the location you're currently viewing, so high level users can swap between individual locations or the organisation as a whole.
