The Roubler system has a built-in support function, providing access to the knowledge base from within the Roubler system.
When logged in, you will see Help in the top menu bar. Click on this and begin typing.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for simply click on 'Live Chat' and chat directly with a member of our support team, who is available 24/5.
If a member of our Support team is not available, the button will show 'Contact Us'. This will take you through to lodge a Ticket with the team. Ensure you include as much detail as possible as this will help our Support team in their investigation and allow for a quicker resolution. Please include your name, email address and company name along with the issue you are having and any supporting screenshots.
