This article provides guidelines about when to use the different work types and tags that are included as part of the pre-built WA Blue Sky Inc. Enterprise Agreement 2012.

-   Automatic break has been added as 30 minutes – option for 45 or 60 minutes and no meal break under work types

 - First Aid and Qualification allowances are to be added as tags under the employee’s Masterfile.

Work Types for additional pay conditions/allowances include

Annual Leave Taken

Select this work type when annual leave is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

Compassionate Leave Taken

Select this work type when compassionate leave is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

Leave Without Pay Taken

Select this work type when leave without pay is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

Family and Domestic Violence Leave Taken

Select this work type when family and domestic leave is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

Paid Community Service Leave Taken

Select this work type when paid community service leave is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

Personal/Carer's Leave Taken

Select this work type when personal or carer's leave is taken. This will also be used when turning an approved leave request into a timesheet entry through employee self service.

45 minute break

Select if a 45 minute meal break is taken

60 minute break

Select if a 60 minute meal break is taken

Meal Allowance

Select if a meal allowance is employee is required to work for more than one (1) hour after the usual finishing hour of work

Meal Allowance (over 4 hours)

Select if a meal allowance is employee is required to work for more than one (1) hour after the usual finishing hour of work. Note this needs to be separated into two timesheet lines

No Meal Break

Select this work type when no meal break is taken

Public Holiday not Worked

Select this work type when entering a standard day of hours not worked on a public holiday for permanent employees.

On Call Allowance

Select this work type if employee is required to be on call and available for recall to work Monday - Friday

On Call Allowance Weekend/Public Holiday

Select this work type if employee is required to be on call and available for recall to work on a weekend or public holiday

Recall Allowance

Select this work type if employee recalled to work outside of the ordinary rostered hours with less than three (3) hours notice being given.

Training Attendance Allowance

Select this work type if employee is required to attend training sessions

Travel Allowance

Where an employee agrees to use their own car during the working day use this work type for the Kilometre Allowance

Sleepover Allowance

Select this work type if employee is required for sleepover

Work During Sleepover

Select this work type if employee is required to work during their sleepover
