Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Employees
Admins can now reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for employees directly within the employee settings page, eliminating the need for support tickets. This update simplifies the process while ensuring secure access.
Key Benefits:
- Simplified MFA Reset: Admins can quickly reset MFA for employees, saving time and effort.
- Enhanced Security: MFA resets are only available for employees within the admin's location or company, preventing unauthorized access to other data.
- Clear Communication: If an MFA reset is not possible, a message will guide you to contact support for help.
