If you are experiencing the error message 'Hold Tight while we load your profile' error when logging into your Mobile App, you will simply need to clear the apps storage/cache in order for the error to remove and to successfully login.
This so far has only been required for Android Users but if you use an ios device, the steps are also outlined here.
Android Devices
- Please can you go to Settings on your phone and go to Apps. Open the Roubler app please, and scroll down to the until you see "Storage".
- When you click on Storage, please select both "Clear data" and "Clear Cache" at the bottom of the screen and let me know if you can then successfully login.
- Settings> App -> Apps -> Roubler -> Storage -> Clear Cache/Clear data
iOS Devices

Go to Settings: Open the Settings app on your iOS device.

Scroll to General: Scroll down and tap on the "General" option.

Tap on iPhone Storage: In the General menu, find and tap "iPhone Storage."

Find the App: Scroll through the list of apps to find Roubler clear the cache for.

Tap on the App: Tap the app name to open its storage details.

Select Offload App: Tap on "Offload App," then tap "Offload App" again in the confirmation pop-up. This frees up storage but keeps documents and data.

To reinstall, go back to the Home screen and tap the app icon to reinstall
