What's new?

Pay Rules Engine

For businesses using MYOB Advanced and other businesses manually maintaining their own rule sets.

• We have created new pay engine conditions for pay items:
  • Once per day.
  • Once per week.
  • Worked on location.
• You can now export a breakdown of the pay items included in an internal pay run by clicking "Export Details".
• We have also relabelled the previous "Export" button to "Export Summaries" to help users differentiate between the two functionalities. 

MYOB Advanced Teams 

For businesses using MYOB Advanced Teams only.

• The following functionalities have now been enabled:
  • Employee data sync with MYOB's accounting and payroll back end.
  • Seamless employee onboarding.
  • Employees can now view payslips on the web and mobile app.

Talenox 

For businesses using Talenox in Hong Kong only.

• The following functionalities have now been enabled:
  • Employee data sync.
  • Terminating and reinstating employees.
  • Sending pay run data to Talenox.

Other changes

• Employees will now receive an email notification when details in their employee profile have been changed.
• You can now search directly for specific 'Settings' via the new search bar on the settings screen.
