These latest enhancements offer the user a new, sleek design and unlock further potential for managers to visualise performance and make more informed decisions. The all-new demand-based templates allow managers to set situational rules based on variables such as the ratio of staff required per customer, the maximum number of staff available during any shift and the minimum number of staff/roles that need to be present during any one shift. The smart rostering feature will then process these rules against the booking data to ensure maximum efficiency and lean operations.
This feature is now available via the Beta Features opt-in, please speak to your Customer Success Manager for access.
