We have updated Roubler to version 8.0.1.1 with a new casual conversions feature.
What's new?
We have released a new feature making it easier for businesses to stay notified of casual staff conversion candidates in line with current Australian legislation.
Managers will receive an email notification in the days before a casual employee's 12 month anniversary, advising them of the employee's name and details, and providing a link through to employer obligations.
Managers can review the employee's shift data via the Timesheet Report within Roubler and determine whether an offer of a permanent position is required. They then have 21 days from the anniversary date to make an offer, where applicable.
