With the end of 2021 coming up, it is time again to ensure that the locations under the “Holidays’ Settings is updated. We had populated 2022’s Public Holidays into your Roubler account, please do update the locations on the Holidays settings in order for the following to be effective:
- Leave taken over Public Holidays to be excluded in leave count
- Public Holidays Rates for your Operations team
Kindly ensure that you have “Adminstrator” rights to your Roubler account before proceeding.
Step 1: Navigate to Management >> Settings >>
Step 2: Verify that the Public Holidays 2022 template has been applied successfully. To verify, navigate to Settings >> Holidays. If the template was applied correctly, your list of holidays should now include all statutory holidays for 2022.
Step 3: Select the Public Holiday >> Edit => Add the Locations or Departments within your company >> Save
Congratulations! You have now successfully applied the Public Holidays 2022 template onto your Roubler account.
