Search in location pickers

Wherever you select a location in Roubler, you can now start typing to search for a particular location in the list.

Expiring visas report

We have created a new report to help keep track of employees' visas status. This is available under Management > Reporting > Employee > Expired Visas. This report has similar functionality to the existing Expired Documents report, but brings this functionality into a new interface separate to expired licences and training.

This report uses the data found in Employee Profiles under Right to work information where Residency status is set None and an Expiry date has been defined.

This report can be run for specific dates, to see which employees have a visa that is expiring by that date. 

What's changed?

1. If no relevant data has been uploaded, the system will not attempt to generate the Annualization report. Instead, the Employee and Award fields will be highlighted as being required.
   

2. When using RoublerPay for payroll, employee standard hours locations are now synced to the payroll backend.

3. We have improved the security around files that are uploaded into the Roubler system.
   

What's fixed?

1. Fixed an issue where bulk updating of employee pay rates and other fields would not update values to 0.
2. Fixed an issue where multiple long dashboard notifications would overlap.
3. MYOB Advanced Team users – the Pay rules field is now always visible in the Finance and payroll section of the employee profile.
