Upcoming Easter Support Hours
Our Customer Support team will be closed from Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April 2026 (inclusive) for the Easter break. We will reopen on Tuesday 7 April 2026.
If you experience an CRITICAL issue during this period, such as a system outage, please submit a ticket following the below:
- Clearly include CRITICAL in the ticket subject, and
- Include a clear summary of the issue and all relevant details, such as the pay period, employee name, and any specific dates, so we can assist as quickly as possible.
For all other Non-Critical tickets, our team will work through responding upon our return on Tuesday 7th April.
