All affected accounts have been fixed and a permanent fix for the issue was released in 6.8.2.

We have been applying the fix progressively to accounts since yesterday afternoon ensuring accounts affected are reverted to the correct shift start and end times.

We have identified an issue where some employees are being incorrectly assigned shift start and end times, regardless of their actual clocking actions.
We expect this to be fixed by 5pm AEST on 28 January 2020.
