To speed up the employee onboarding process, you can import a list of employees and send onboarding invitations to the entire list.
Import employee information
Management > Settings > Importers > Onboarding invites
- Download the relevant template and populate it with the relevant employee details. You will need to include all details as per the template.

- Basic template:
- Click Next
- Upload the file CSV file by browsing or drag n drop.
- Click Next
- Manually map any field values that the system has not recognised. For example, Pablo's Kitchen on the spreadsheet exists in the Roubler system as Pablo's Kitchen & Bar. Any fields that you do not map in this step will need to be entered manually as part of the next step.
- Click Next
- Review the employee information that will be imported. If there are errors present, a warning icon will appear next to the employee's name and the fields that need addressing will be highlighted in red.

Click Import to import the current record, or Import all to import all records without errors.
- When a record has been imported successfully, you will see a green checkbox next to their name.
- You can then invite these employees to begin their onboarding following the same process as for individual employees.
