A downstream provider is causing problems with our payroll system performance and availability.
Nov 1, 10.10am AEST: Performance appears to be degrading again, we are working with the downstream provider to resolve this as quickly as possible. We understand this has been a challenging few days, and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Oct 31, 1:13pm AEST: Performance appears to have returned to normal. We are continuing to monitor the situation, but no further issues are expected.
Oct 31, 10:24am AEST: Improvements from the pay engine provider have been positive, with few issues. Performance is still not ideal, but the intermittent interruptions have been resolved. Next update at 2pm AEST.
Oct 31, 8:55am AEST: Similar situation to yesterday afternoon. The payroll system is usable but experiencing intermittent performance issues. We are working closely with the pay engine provider and will share information as it becomes available. Next update at 11am AEST.
Oct 30, 1:54pm AEST: Performance has improved, but not back to the level we require it to be. Next update at 9am AEST.
Oct 30, 12:52pm AEST: Systems are coming back online, improved performance. Next update at 2pm AEST.
Oct 30, 11:00am AEST: We are aware of an issue causing intermittent errors accessing payroll modules within the platform. This is being worked on urgently, further update will be provided by 1pm AEST.
