In partnership with Flare, an industry-leading HR software, we've upgraded our superannuation feature during onboarding. This is part of our ongoing progression towards developing employee benefits functionalities.
This feature gives new employees more options to nominate their preferred superannuation fund during onboarding.
How does this feature work?
During a new employee's onboarding process, they can connect a super fund in one of the following ways:
- Choose their own super fund
- Choose the company's default super fund
- Sign up for a new super fund (where applicable)
- Consolidate their super fund (where applicable).
You employees can choose from select new super funds:
How can I enable this feature?
To enable this feature we will simply need to know your business' default super fund of choice.
You can update this via Management > Settings > Company settings > Onboard or simply let us know at support@roubler.com.

What else should I know?
Once you have updated your default super fund, it will replace the current super options. We will contact you if you have not provided a default super fund.
