When a new pay rule version is created based on an existing rule and applied a new commencement date, the pay rule version will not apply until the week following the commencement date.
When the award definition changes the change will take effect on the date chosen for Date Effectiveness against the Pay Rule Version, even when this is during a Pay Run period.
Adding the reason why it failed to the “Cannot get cost breakdown” error message
Removing the “Process and Export” button on the timesheets screen, in favour of the same function in Pay Runs (“Export Summaries”). This will use the correct Pay Run start date when generating the summaries.
Pay Run’s “Export Summaries” now uses data from the existing Pay Run calculation, rather than doing it’s own (with incorrect start dates)
