Minor changes as result of Infrastructural Change

This document outlines the recent updates implemented in version 9.8, specifically focusing on enhancements related to the process of adding employees through the add employee form, onboarding invite, and creating system users.

Feature	Current Behavior (Production v9.7)	Changes
Login email	The login email was the same as your profile’s email	The login email is now independent from the profile’s email. This stops account take-over attacks by changing the email address on the profile.
Add employee	Employees gain access to the system post creation Employees are sent a welcome email with system generated `PIN` and `Password`	Employees receive a welcome email. It includes the PIN and a link to ‘Click here to create your account’ The link redirects employees to a screen (similar to accepting onboarding invite) where they can register their account and `create password` After registration user can log in.
Invite Employee / Onboarding	Employees receive an email invite containing the onboarding link They are required to register their `Name, Email Address and create a Password`	Employees still receive an email invite with the onboarding link The link now only requires them to register their `Email Address and create a Password`
Create System Users	System Admins gain access to the system post creation Admins are sent a welcome email with system generated `PIN` and `Password`	System Admin receive a welcome email. It includes the PIN and a link to ‘Click here to create your account’ The link redirects admin to a screen (similar to accepting onboarding invite) where they can register their account and `create password`
