Roubler 26.2.0 includes a big improvement to onboarding for Australian companies, as Flare integration can now retrieve employees' stapled super funds from the ATO and make them available during onboarding.
We've also added a new shift satisfaction report, improved the availability of emplotee documents, and made a range of smaller improvements and fixes.
New features
Stapled super fund lookup with Flare (AU)
For Australian companies integrating with Flare, Roubler can now automatically retreive onboarding employees' stapled super funds from the ATO. This means those employees now have the option to select their stapled super fund on the Nominate a super fund screen.
Stapled super funds are determined by the ATO and follow employees between jobs, to make it easier for them to keep the same fund.
To enable this new feature you need to do a couple of things:
Give Flare the appropriate authorisation in ATO Access Manager. See Action required from 19th June 2026: Enable Flare Authorisation for super stapling.
Email support@roubler.com asking them to set up your Flare integration for stapled super funds. Also include whether you already have Flare or if you're integrating for the first time.
For more information, see the ATO article Stapled super funds for employers.
Shift satisfaction over time report
Wit the new shift satisfaction over time report, you can now see at a glance how your employees are feeling about their shifts on a daily basis.
To access the new report, go to Reporting > Location > Shift Satisfaction. The report displays a line graph with the net positive or negative shift rating, based on the results employee satisfaction survey done on clockout.
To see more about shift surveys, see Clocking In and Out (Mobile App). To turn on shift surveys, go to Settings > Company Settings > Clocking.
Employee document visibility
Employees can now see their signed template documents in the web app, by going to the Documents menu in their employee profile.
Previously, once signed and submitted, these were only available to managers.
Note that very old documents submitted under the legacy unboarding flow will remain hidden to employees - managers will need to continue to retrieve these for employees.
Other changes
Various improvements under the hood aimed at improving security and maintaining reliability.
