Overview
Roubler now integrates with enableHR providing a seamless experience through out the entire employee lifecycle. From the time a job is posted, to that candidate being onboarded, rostered for their first shift and paid. enableHR introduces state-of-the-art software designed to revolutionise your HR management practices with seamless efficiency and strict adherence to legal compliance. How to Integrate Roubler with EnableHR?
The Integration Portal is where these integrations are configured.
Accessing the portal
The portal can be found via the following link:
Contact support@roubler.com to be added as an Integration Portal user. You must provide your EnableHR user account during setup to complete the connection process.
The user will then:
- receive an email with a link to login.
- be sent a 2FA code which you will need to complete the login process
- select an integration
- be asked to
Login to Roubler(ensure you do so for any integrations you configure to run correctly)
Integration process:
- Select
EnableHRfrom the integration dropdown
- Select
Login to EnableHR, login using the EnableHRusernameandpasswordfor the company to integrate, selectAuthorize.
- To add a new company, select
Add Company, in theRoubler - EnableHR Integrationpopup select the Roubler company to integrate, select the EnableHR company. -
Select the
Effective Dateby default the current date is selected, add an email address to receive logging info, selectIntegrate.
Note: Roubler will automatically pull in new placement record data from the date you select in the 'Effective Date' field. -
Once successfully added the company will appear in the
List of Integrated Companies
EnableHR process, how it works?
To start with the pre-employment and HR process, most of the profiles are added under Candidates tab where shortlisting and interview phase are in progress.
The requirements in creating an employee profile are:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email address
Once the candidates are ready to be onboarded, their profile needs to be converted as Employee for the data to flow to Roubler.
To do this, go to Candidate File then under More Actions, select Convert to Employee.
A popup screen will appear to add the candidate's Commencement Date and be an employee then submit.
Once submitted, the below ligtbox will appear to either create a new employee or old candidate.
Whichever option is selected, the status of the candidate will update to Converted.
If the HR manager opted to straight away create an Employee File by going to Employees tab > click Add Employee. The requirements are the same as that of the candidate creation. With this process, there is no need to convert the profile.
The synchronisation happens every 15 minutes from the time the profile has been converted to Employee. The employee data that is ready to be onboarded will appear in Roubler under Hire > Reserve Bench.
