Enhancement on Username Validation

We have added validation on certain areas where an employee's username is required as well as in the primary email address to ensure its uniqueness before employee profile is created.

Onboarding - the validation will block the invite from going out when the primary email address or value in "send invite to:" provided already exists. The Send invite to field doesn’t validate against “Contact details” email address and “Notifications information” email address.

• Manual Add form

• Add employee importer

• Legacy onboarding
