For the purpose of calculating charges on the monthly invoice, an active user is defined as any individual who:
- Has been added or onboarded into the software;
- Appears on a roster or timesheet;
- Clocks into a shift;
- Is included in a finalised pay run;
- Makes a change to their personal details; or
- Is classified as a Management User (including Non-Payrolled Users).
What is a Management User?
A Management User is considered active because they perform essential functions within the Roubler software. These users have specific configured permissions, which include:
- Manager;
- Manager with Finance; or
- Manager with Payroll or Admin.
This classification ensures that all users contributing to the operation of the system are accounted for in billing.
