admins how to create a new global pay rule in Roubler.
Global pay rules are used as common sets of pay rules that can be cloned to multiple customers, and used as a basis for pay rules in that company.
Instructions
Navigate to Settings | Pay Rules
Click Add
Select that you want to add a global pay rule, and enter a good name for your pay rule
Click Save
Helpful hints for sudos
It’s a very good idea to create all your global pay rules on the same company - a test company that you can use known data to test your global pay rules against before cloning them to customers
Also, it’s also a good idea to make sure that if you’re operating with customers in multiple regions, that you separate your global pay rules by region to make it easier
It’s also a good idea to use unique names, and also to indicate in the name of the pay rule that this is your global version
