The Roubler dashboard is the first screen you will see when you open the Roubler system.
Company logo
In the top left-hand corner, you will see your logo (or the Roubler logo if you have not yet uploaded your own logo). Whenever you are within the Roubler system, simply click the logo to return to the dashboard.
Location dropdown
Next to the logo, the location dropdown menu enables you to navigate between locations. All information displayed on the dashboard is based on this location. Users with higher permission levels can swap between individual locations or view the organisation as a whole. Should you need to change, add or delete a location please click here.
Navigation bar
Over on the right-hand side, the main navigation bar provides access to everything within your Roubler system: roster, leave, time and management.
Help
Next to the navigation bar, the help function is where you can quickly access our support documents. Simply type in your question you will be shown the most relevant support articles.
Live chat
If you can’t find a solution by clicking the help button, we also offer live chat with our support team. Simply click on the live chat icon in the bottom right hand corner to talk to us in real time.
Alerts
Here you can find any outstanding tasks that need actioning within the Roubler system. Simply click on the notification, and it will take you to the relevant area within Roubler so you can action them.
This includes:
- Unpublished shifts
- Unapproved leave
- Expiring qualifications
- Award updates (Australian customers only)
- Etc.
Graphs
The graphs displayed on the dashboard show:
- rostered/scheduled vs actual hours
- a breakdown of whether staff are on time
- a comparison of timesheets this week vs last week.
Today's staff
On the right hand side of the screen, you will see:
- which staff are scheduled to work today
- who is currently working
- who has finished for the day.
Notifications
From time to time, notifications will appear on your dashboard to alert you to upcoming software releases. Click on these alerts to learn more, or dismiss them as appropriate.
