Version 25.3 gives Roubler a major facelift, with a sleek new look and mobile-friendly user interface that makes it even easier to use. We've also made improvements to some reports.
New features
User interface refresh
Roubler now has a sleek modern interface, with rounded edges, consistent icons and easier navigation, especially for those on mobile devices. Most things are still in the same place, but there are a couple of bigger changes:
First, the navigation menu is now down the left side of the screen, to make it easier to get to the screens you need quickly.
Second, system notifications are now accessible from the bell icon at the top-right of the screen.
To familiarise yourself with the main changes in the new UI, see Get to know the improved user interface (July 2025).
Want to use the old UI?
We've made the old UI available temporarily while we roll out the changes. To switch back, open the user menu and click Switch UI.
Clocking history report improvements
We've rebuilt the clocking history report, adding fields to let you report on every aspect of your employees' clock events. The report now includes both the shift location and the employee's primary location, shift timesheet details and more.
For more information on the time and attendance reporting, see Reporting on time and attendance (T&A).
Expired visas report improvements
We've added new columns to the expired visas report:
- start date
- country of birth
- residency status
- issue date
- working holiday status
For more information on using this report, see Employee Reports - Expiring Visas Report.
Expired requirement and qualification report improvements
We've added the Abbreviation and Reference fields to this report, made it possible to show qualifications and requirements that haven't expired, and fixed an issue with it giving the incorrect requirement name.
For more information on using this report, see Employee Reports - Expired Documents.
Added visa types (Australia)
We've added new visa types for accurate right to work information. The new vias are:
- National Innovation visa (subclass 858)
- Pacific Engagement Visa (subclass 192)
- Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) visa (subclass 191)
- Resolution of Status visa (subclass 851)
- Sponsored Parent (Temporary) visa (subclass 870)
