User Interface Phase 1 Rollout

• A cleaner, more modern look with rounded edges, improved color schemes, and left-hand navigation (tablet- and mobile-friendly).
• Key focus on reducing user frustration, simplifying navigation, and standardizing features (e.g., consistent date formats and iconography).
• New notification center, cleaner broadcast messages, and improved call-to-action bars.

User Interface Transition Plan

• Users will have the option to toggle between the old and new UI temporarily.
• The new UI goes live end of July 2025, with onboarding support and communication provided to ease the transition.

Roster Upgrade Phase 2 & 3 tentatively scheduled August to October 2025):

• Drag-and-drop shift planning with multiple filters active.
• Bulk update and copy-paste functionality like Excel.
• In-roster leave creation, split shifts, and pay components visibility directly in the roster.
• Enhanced cost breakdown showing exactly where overtime or penalties are planned.

Additional Features in the Pipeline Planned for Q4 2025:

• Support access permissions for data protection compliance.
• Effective date logic for HR/payroll events (e.g., promotions).
• Departments & teams feature to better manage permissions in multi-manager setups.
