ATO STP Processing times for EOFY (AU Businesses)

When lodging your STP/Finalizations to the ATO for EOFY, we recommend you allow up to 72 hours for your STP or Finalization Event submissions to process, due to the busy time of year there can sometimes be a slight wait time until they are successfully submitted & most issues will resolve automatically within this period. 

If, after 72 hours, the event still appears stuck but you have confirmation via the ATO portal that it was successfully received, please lodge a support request with Roubler Support and include a screenshot displaying of the successful submission and our support team will ensure the pay engine manually updates this for you.
