How To
What is GO1?
GO1 is the simplest way for businesses to find, book and deliver corporate training.
Roubler customers can create their own online training programs for free, or upgrade to GO1 Premium to access the world's largest eLearning library—including wellness, compliance, and software training.
GO1 is fully integrated with Roubler, making it easy to include training in your onboarding process and allowing staff to access materials via a single login.
1. Set up GO1
To set up your GO1 account or upgrade to Premium, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
2. Add Training Materials to GO1
Use GO1 support documentation to upload and manage content.
Employees can access these materials through:
The Learning Academy button in Roubler
The Roubler mobile app
3. Set up Employee Onboarding with GO1
You can ensure employees complete required eLearning during onboarding.
To enforce training completion before employees can be rostered:
Navigate to Company Settings > Onboarding > Other
Enable the "Onboard as unrosterable" checkbox
Once the employee completes the training, they will automatically become rosterable.
4. Employee Experience – First Login
When first clicking Learning Academy, employees will see a one-time prompt to allow GO1 access to Roubler.
All boxes must be ticked, and then Accept must be clicked.
Their GO1 account will be created via Single Sign-On (SSO).
They will be redirected to the GO1 learning portal.
Once complete, they will be automatically marked as rosterable.
⚠️ GO1 can only use an email address as the username.
5. Single Sign-On (SSO) with Roubler
Employees can access GO1 by selecting “Log in with Roubler”
The Roubler sign-in page will appear, and once logged in, the GO1 portal will load.
Their GO1 profile is automatically created and linked via SSO.
6. How to View if Someone is Rosterable
If the “Onboard as unrosterable” setting is enabled:
Go to the employee's Settings page
Check “Display on Roster”
If set to Yes, they are rosterable
If set to No, they must complete required training
7. Roubler Onboarding Process
Q: What do I need to do during onboarding to enable GO1 access?
A: Nothing additional—if your company is integrated, employees will automatically be linked to GO1 once they complete onboarding and click the Learning Academy button.
8. Timing
Q: How long does the sync take?
A: Sync is instant once the employee allows GO1 access through the Learning Academy.
9. Data Fields Transferred to GO1
The following fields are transferred automatically:
First Name
Last Name
Email address (must be the username)
Job Title / Position
Location
No additional fields need to be manually added in GO1.
10. Manual Setup
Q: Do I need to manually create employee profiles or enrolments in GO1?
A: No—this is done automatically once onboarding and SSO setup are complete.
Troubleshooting
If a new employee does not appear in GO1 after onboarding:
Has the employee clicked the Learning Academy button?
They must complete this step for SSO to trigger GO1 account creation.
Is the employee’s username an email address?
GO1 requires the Roubler username to be an email.
If it has been changed after GO1 account creation, the SSO will fail.
Check the employee’s GO1 profile
Confirm they are marked as Active and Enrolled
