For ANZ/UK Clients, there is currently an issue in progress with our integrated pay engine.
It is specifically affecting 'updating employees' whereby a 'JSON Error' is preventing the employee profile from re-syncing correctly.
Our development team have identified this error is occurring due to a change made by our integrated pay engine.
NEXT STEPS:
- This is currently raised as a P1 Critical Incident with the pay engine and is actively being looked at (pay engine acknowledged at 10:55am AEST)

12:00pm Update: Issue Resolved by pay engine - for any employees with this error still occurring, please simply re-sync their profile:
Option 1 - Bulk Sync Employees
- Head to 'Employee' list, insert the 'Sync Error' column & then search the word unexpected to display all employees with this error
- Bulk select on the left
- Click on the '3 dots' and select 'sync' and 'confirm'Option 2: Via Sync Error Report (no bulk sync option
- Head to Reporting
- Search Sync Report
- Locate the errors which specific JSON & select the 'Sync' button on the far right
