Managers and above have the ability to view the Documents and Notes tab in employee profiles.
Confidentiality and security are our top priority therefore we have added a new sensitive document feature with access limited to only managers with payroll and above. Default documents on the other hand will still be visible to managers and above permission groups.
How to set Sensitive or Default manually added documents in the employee profile?
- Click icon to add a document and select either Default or Sensitive type.
- Documents set as Sensitive have limited access and users with Manager and Manager with Finance permissions will not see these documents.
- Sensitive documents are visible to Manager with Payroll and above permissions only.
- For users with Custom Permissions, "Create and update employee" item must be ticked.
