The mobile app has been designed to make it easier for managers and other authorized users to update and take action on timesheets, even when they are away from their desks or out of the office. How does it work?
Ensure that mobile app version is 4.13 and user has the right access to manage employee timesheets. Default permissions from Manager to Admin will have this feature. A user with a custom permission must have view and update timesheet access.
- Log in to your mobile account and select Manager tab then click Manage Timesheets tile..
- Timesheet screen is by default filtered by Status, # of days and Location. Each filter will respectively provide options to choose from to further filter your view.
- Once a timesheet is selected, details and action --- Edit, Approve and Reject timesheet options will appear
- Selecting Edit timesheet will allow managers and above access to make the necessary changes.
The items that can be update are from Location down to Notes fields. Once done updating, click Next to take you to the review Page. Options to go Back if needed or Update to finalise the changes made.
You will notice that the shift break after the changes is now 60 minutes compared to the screenshot in item 3 above as well as the end time.
