The mobile application has been meticulously crafted with the primary goal of enhancing operational efficiency for managers and authorized users. With its user-friendly interface and seamless functionality, the app empowers individuals to effortlessly update and promptly respond to changes in the Roster, regardless of their physical location.
This dynamic tool proves especially valuable in scenarios requiring swift action to address unforeseen scheduling or staffing fluctuations. By harnessing the power of the mobile app, users gain the ability to conveniently review and modify shifts, as well as toggle the publication status of those shifts. These capabilities enable them to make crucial adjustments, guaranteeing that adequate manpower is readily available when needed most.
How it works?
- As a manger/eligible user, select Manage Roster tile under Manager tab to get started.
- When at the parent location, aside from Edit Shift, there is another options to have an overview of the roster on a specific location which is View location roster.
- When View location roster is selected, manager will be taken to the shift location to see all unpublished/editable shift to easily manage from a sub location level. Select the shift to update.
- When Edit shift is selected, manager will be taken to update the shift location, employee, position, work type to name few. As next button is clicked, you will have the chance to review the changes made and go back if needed otherwise click on update and be at the confirmation page.
