Clocking In and Out (Mobile App)

If your employer has enabled mobile clocking, you will have the ability to do this from your mobile application.

Open your Roubler Mobile Application - If you have not yet set this up please visit Get Mobile App

1. Sign into Roubler using your Login User Name and Password set during ONBOARDING

2. Navigate to the clock in and out tile in your mobile application

If this is the first time you are using this feature you will be prompted with a pop up requesting access to the device location which is required if your employer uses Geo Fencing features for mobile clocking.

3. Select Clock In / Out or Start/End Break

You can select which location to clock in / out of in the top right corner if you are associated with multiple sites or locations within Roubler

Your employer may also have set some questions to be answered when clocking in which will generate when you select 'clock in'

Your Employer may also require photo verification of a clocking event. If this is the case, you will receive a pop up on the first occasion that you clock in to allow the Roubler app to access the device's location and camera. 

Once the front-facing camera automatically initiates, capture a photo using the "Take photo" button.

4. With each clocking activity the employee will be asked to confirm this action which avoids any accidental clocking action.

Once the clocking function is completed a timestamp of that action will be displayed. Click 'Done' to complete the action and close the clocking tile.

If your employer has this enabled you may asked to rate your shift when you clock out.

What else should I know?

• The purpose of this rating is to gather aggregate information on how people are feeling at their workplace. Employers will never be provided with individual responses, rather they will form part of wider trends that may help enact positive changes where necessary.
• We will be releasing more mental health analytics that will help managers gauge staff satisfaction trends.
