Clocking Issue - In Progress
Please note that our Technical Team is currently working on resolving an issue with 'Clocking Alerts' & 'Clock In/Outs' causing incorrect alerts.
If you are experiencing incorrect errors or are missing any clocking data, please be rest assured this will be resolved ASAP.
The team have confirmed that all of the data is still 100% within the system but an unforeseen error has arisen resulting in the incorrect alerts and some entries not appearing within the user interface.
You can still manually approve/submit timesheets so there is no impact on pay runs.
Unassigned Shifts - In Progress
The 'unassigned' option is not currently visible within the drop down of shifts, our team are also working on resolving this along with the clocking issue.

Development Team are still actively working on resolutions to both items, tentatively aiming to resolve before COB 18/03/25.
