Automatically recost timesheets

Now when you modify a timesheet, actual costs and variances will update automatically. This removes the need to manually click "Recost" when making changes to timesheets.

For example, the timesheet below shows the employee has worked 8 hours and 36 minutes.

The employee actually finished working 1 hour earlier, at a total of 7 hours and 36 minutes. You can modify their timesheet to reflect the correct hours worked.

Once the updated timesheet has been saved, the actual cost and variance details will automatically update without the need for you to manually select "Recost".
