Reporting on time and attendance (T&A)

Roubler has a number of reports designed to help you keep track of your employees' clocking events and lateness.

To access the reports, go to Reporting > T&A.

Clock questions details

The clock questions details report shows all responses to employee clock questions.

Clock questions follow up

The clock questions follow up report shows all responses to employee clock questions, but can be filtered to show only those questions marked as "follow up required".

Clocking history

The clocking history report shows all clock events, including start and end time, break times and location. This is the most powerful T&A report, and once exported to excel can be used for detailed analysis of employee clocking practices.

Lateness report

The lateness report lists each time an employee clocks in late, along with the notes recorded when they clocked in.
