Managing Teams - Editing Shifts on the Roster from your Mobile App

Mobile Release 5.4 in January 2024 has given Managers with the appropriate permissions the ability to update and make changes to the roster on the fly.

Employees can now also edit their own leave and availability on the mobile application. 

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF THE ROUBLER APPLICATION INSTALLED

1. Publishing Shifts

Publish shift with alert(s) and “Override publish rules” is ON

Publish shift with alert(s) and “Override publish rules” is OFF

(No option to publish due to an alert being present)

1. Publish shift with Confirmation set to 'ask when publishing' 

.     . 

or 2. Publish shift with confirmation set to 'Always' 

2. Un-Publishing Shifts

Select 'Un publish' on the selected shift

Shift is now able to be edited and republished.
