What do I do if I have a technical issue on Roubler or require technical support?

  1. The Roubler Knowledge Base has a variety of articles from Employee Self Service, to Payroll Processing.

    Managers can also access the Knowledge Base in the app, by clicking the Help menu, and searching for the topic in the search box that appears.

  2. Contact them via email on support@roubler.com
  3. Call our Support team, who are available 24 hours a day, 5 day a week on 1300 833 137 and selecting Option 1.
  4. Live Chat - Available by Managers when logged into Roubler, by clicking the Help menu, and selecting Live Chat:

    There is no live chat support available for the UK.
